Tote Board currently does not have grant calls at specified times of the year. However, there may be grant calls for Tote Board grants that are administered by our partners, for example, the Enabling Lives Initiative Grant and the Tote Board Community Health Fund. Please refer to their respective websites for more details.
This depends on which grant type you are applying for.
For Direct Funding, you should submit your application with all relevant information at least six months before the start date of your programme, to allow for sufficient processing time.
For the Enhanced Fund-Raising Programme, please submit your request at least 30 calendar days before the date of your fundraising project.
For other Funds, please visit our Grants page for more information.
Thank you for your enthusiasm. Due to the large volume of grants, we do not typically meet with grant applicants. If a meeting is required to understand more about your request, a Tote Board officer will reach out to the contact person indicated in your grant application. In addition, we would require applicants to put in an official application through OurSG Grants Portal. With the key information provided, we would then be better able to advise you on your application.
Tote Board appreciates due acknowledgment for its support and partnership in a project. Nonetheless, funder recognition will not be a factor in its evaluation of a grant request or proposal.
The form asks for pertinent and essential information to facilitate evaluation of the application. This is likely to speed up processing time which will benefit the applicant as they will know the results of their application sooner.
The OurSG Grants Portal will notify you when your application has been submitted. You will also be informed of Tote Board's assessment of your application via the portal.
You may refer to the OurSG Grants Portal for updates on the status of your grant application. The time taken to evaluate each application varies from case to case.
