The scope of work includes the conduct of audits of Tote Board as a Statutory Board and its two subsidiaries – Singapore Pools as a private limited company wholly owned by Tote Board and Singapore Turf Club which is a proprietary club of Tote Board.
The objective of the audits is to ascertain the reliability, adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management in procedures and processes, to achieve a high level of corporate governance.

Financial and Operational Audits
We conduct financial and operational audits and the use of data analytics to ensure execution of controls and governance processes. We also provide advisory/consultancy services on risk management, controls and security in the areas of financial and operational procedures and processes.
IT Audits
We conduct IT systems audits and the use of data analytics to ensure execution of controls and governance processes. We also provide advisory/consultancy services in the design, user testing and acceptance and implementation of IT systems.
