Mrs Penny Goh and Mr Neo Sing Hwee have been re-appointed to the Board of Tote Board from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2026.
The National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), Temasek Foundation and Tote Board have launched the “BAGUS (Building All Groundups for Success) Together” initiative, a multi-sectoral partnership with a first-stop platform and key programmes, to enable and empower Singapore’s groundup movement. The initiative seeks to encourage stronger resident participation and contribution towards strengthening the nation’s social compact.
The Minister for Finance has re-appointed A/Prof Ang Seng Bin, Mr Hou Wey Fook and Mr Ng How Yue to the Board of Singapore Totalisator Board (“Tote Board”) from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025. The Minister for Finance has also appointed Ms Teoh Zsin Woon to the Board from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025. Ms Tan Gee Keow’s term on the Board will end on 31 December 2023.

The Minister for Finance has appointed Mr Tan Choon Shian as the next Chief Executive (CE) at the Singapore Totalisator Board (Tote Board). Mr Tan, will take over from the incumbent CE, Mr Fong Yong Kian, on 1 July 2023. Mr Fong, who has served as CE since January 2014, will relinquish his appointment upon completion of his current term.
